We created the template for trajectory-changing workforce development. Beyond our annual in-house fellowship, we work with organizations, municipalities, universities and NGOs both nationally and globally who want a white-labeled customizable WFD fellowship.

After creating a successful training program for people looking to transition to a new career, we developed Finance Coursepacks for people interested in learning about Solidarity Economy, Restorative Finance, and Macroeconomic Theory. We’ve trained hundreds of folks who are founders, funders, front-line activists, and state employees.

Many of our alumni go on to create their own community-based financing vehicle and/or organization rooted in the Solidarity Economy. We are proud to catalyze this Just Transition to the New Economy and support folks with the tools to start and amplify their impact.
