Venture Partners is an educational non-profit organization on a mission to diversify the decision makers in finance and capital allocation by providing hands-on, practical education that eliminates traditional wealth and status entry barriers and develop actionable research to build evidence-based tools for more equitable and impactful investment practices.

Every year, we select talent from across the globe to participate in our trajectory-changing workforce development fellowship. Individuals from low-to-middle socioeconomic status that show great propensity for community impact are trained in Venture Financing, Solidarity Economy, Restorative Financing, and Macroeconomic Theory. Our alumni have gone on to run funds that support Climate Tech, Reproductive Justice, and Community-Based Financing solutions!

Our program is 100% free to selected fellows, and boasts an incredibly competitive application cycle. We do deep work with our fellows. We believe that they are the future of finance, and we provide best in class financial education and support trajectory-changing careers transitions.
